Если не оказалось мест рядом с кабинетом, и вы сели чуть подальше, может оказаться, что про вас просто забыли и это затянется на два часа и больше, пока просто не начнете всех спрашивать почему так долго. Обещали переводчика, в итоге парень мед брат был занят своей работой.Мне за 10 минут сделали УЗИ ,врач молча написал заключение( не задав ни одного вопроса, хотя нет вру спросил национальность)но в описании он написал ,что у меня нет месячных( а они были, просто никто не спрашивал ) и ещё некоторые моменты ,о которых даже не спрашивали,в конце что то сказал, и мне самой пришлось просить помочь с переводом. Вобщем я туда больше ни ногой. Я была у врачей ,где были переводчики ,они выполняли свою работу, врачи интересовались проблемами пациента. . А тут... Absolutely didn't like it. They promised an interpreter, as a result, the guy, the honey brother, was busy with his work. I had an ultrasound scan in 10 minutes, the doctor silently wrote a conclusion (without asking a single question, although I’m not lying, he asked my nationality), but in the description he wrote that I don’t have menstruation (and they were, just no one asked) and some other moments that they didn’t even ask about, at the end he said something, and I myself had to ask for help with the translation. In general, I do not go there anymore. I visited the doctors, where there were translators, they did their job, the doctors were interested in the patient's problems. . And here...
D	Daniil Ivanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хорошая клиника и профессиональный персонал. К счастью, врачи и медсёстры здесь не страдают типичной для Чехии проблемой - пофигизмом и завышенным самомнением. Персонал общается очень просто, вежливо, без лишних эмоций. При этом ответят на все интересующие вас вопросы. Лично я общался с терапевтом Русланом Бурладяном. После посещения клиники: 1. Проблемы со здоровьем решены. 2. Нервы от общения с персоналам не пострадали. Даже наоборот, появилась мысль что хоть в одной клинике не общаются как с тем, что люди приносят на анализы, когда нужно выяснить есть ли у вас паразиты. 3. Денег потрачено столько же, сколько и в обычной больнице (к сожалению, VZP у меня пока нет). 4. Времени потрачено минимум, так как никаких задержек и лишних проволочек со стороны клиники не было. Из минусов могу назвать только расположение. Но только потому, что я живу в другом конце города. Good clinic and professional staff. The staff communicates very simply, politely, without unnecessary emotions. At the same time, they will answer all your questions. Personally, I talked with the therapist Ruslan Burladyan. After visiting the clinic: 1. Health problems solved. 2. Nerves from communication with the staff were not affected. On the contrary, the idea appeared that at least one clinic does not communicate as with what people bring for tests when you need to find out if you have parasites. 3. The same amount of money was spent as in a regular hospital (unfortunately, I don't have VZP yet). 4. The minimum time was spent, since there were no delays and unnecessary delays on the part of the clinic. The only downside I can name is the location. But only because I live on the other side of the city.

Расстроило только, что поставил не очень радостный диагноз, но ничего не объяснил и не прописал. Надеюсь, после анализов прием будет лучше. Всё-таки стоит недешево, хотелось бы больше информации о лечении. Ассистент говорил по-русски, но особо не участвовал в разговоре. Немного растерялась, когда пришла к клинику — нет ресепшена, никто не встречает. Просто заходишь в кабинет и всё. I was only upset that I made a not very happy diagnosis, but did not explain or prescribe anything. I hope the reception will be better after the tests. Still, it is not cheap, I would like more information about the treatment. The assistant spoke Russian, but did not participate much in the conversation. I was a little confused when I came to the clinic - there is no reception, no one meets. You just go to the office and that's it.
