Cez noc ma chytili horucky a hnisavy zapal mandli, tak som sa po asi 20 neuspesnych pokusoch o telefonat do ordinacie vybrala a skusala volat este cestou, aby som na mieste zistila, ze neordinuju a zastup neexistuje, iba ak by som vydrzala do 19h vecer a v Thomayerovej nemocnici by uznali, ze ma prijmu ako akutny pripad po tejto hodine. Podobny zazitok sa mi stal uz asi 3x, takze si hladam noveho doktora. Pro ostatní pokračuji: V suterénních prostorách vám stálý a neměnný tým šikovných sester odeber krev už v sedm hodin ráno. Bez nepřiměřeného čekání, modřin atd. Lékaři a lékařky v ordinaci jsou relativně mladí a za roky, co tam chodím, se několikrát obměnily. Takže tady se z vašeho lékaře nejspíš nestane rodinný známý a expert na vše, který vydá recept na vaše antidepresiva známé známeho, protože vy nemůžete přijít. Navíc jestli nejste nemocní každou chvíli, budete se muset s lékaři pokaždé seznamovat. To vyvažuje fakt, že mladí lékaři z Vyšehradu jsou důslední, znají poslední poznatky z medicíny a věci nedělají automaticky, nýbrž s rozmyslem. A tato ordinace mě několikrát upozornila na to, že je po 2 letech opět třeba přijít na preventivní prohlídku. Za to je velké plus a čtvrtá hvězda, jenže tu hvězdu musím odebrat, protože v ordinaci hraje televize zasmyčkované reklamy. Zvuk je hlasitý, reklamy nudné a rušivé. Tím víc, čím hůře vám je. Myslím, že ordinace tento zdroj příjmů nepotřebuje... Here they helped me when I was sick. Ale do kabinetu je velice náročné se dovolat ať už na pevnou linku nebo na mobil. Na e-mail recepce nereaguje a když tedy nezbyde než jít do kabinetu a požádat o pomoc osobně, nepříjemné chování a prvotní neochota pomoci pacientovi na recepci, člověka hodně zamrzí.
