★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neschopný arogantní doktor. Když jsem vešla doktor(jestli se dá ho tak pojmenovát) těžko vydechnoul a po 5 min promluvil co po mně chcete.!? Řekla jsem že mám problémy z tlakem a zlobí srdce jelikož od dětství mám prolaps (víz googl anomálie srdce) na co mi řekl zdlouhavé cooooooo? Netušil co vůbec je prolaps. Zeptala jsem se zdá četl lékařskou správu od předchozí doktorky řekl mi jen proč by to měl číst a že to není lékařska správa a říká se tomu karta. Pokračoval co Teda chcete po mně, slušně jsem se zeptala zda ho neotravuji.. Ten mladý pod vlivem od prvního pohledu kluk byl opravdu arogantní vystupoval neprofesionálně. Zvedla jsem se a řekla že odcházím ať mi vrátí kartičku pojištěnce, na potřetí co jsem mu řekla mi je vrátil. Tato zkušenost se mi stala poprvé za celé léta.
 Incompetent arrogant doctor. When I entered the doctor (if you can name him that) it was hard to exhale and after 5 minutes he said what you wanted from me.!? I said I have problems with pressure and angry hearts because since childhood I have had a prolapse (see googl heart anomaly) what did he say to me for a long cooooooo? He had no idea what a prolapse was. I asked if it seemed to have read the medical report from a previous doctor just told me why he should read it and that it is not a medical report and it is called a card. He continued what Ted you want from me, I politely asked if I was bothering him. The young man under the influence at first glance, the boy was really arrogant, he acted unprofessionally. I got up and said I was leaving to return the insured card to me, the third time I told him, he returned it to me. This experience happened to me for the first time in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lékaři se tu často střídají. Měl jsem stálou lékařku do roku 2019, pak se v Medical help začali objevovat převážně lékaři z východních zemí (což nesnižuje jejich kompetenci). Většina pacientů jsou cizinci. Personál je profesionální, zázemí je čisté a vybavené. Mě nevyhovuje, že nemám svého stálého praktického lékaře, ale pokaždé, když jsem zde lékaře navštívil, tak jsem se setkal s profesionálním přístupem.
Doctors often take turns here. I had a permanent doctor until 2019, then mostly doctors from Eastern countries began to appear in Medical Help (which does not reduce their competence). Most patients are foreigners. The staff is professional, the facilities are clean and equipped. It does not suit me that I do not have a permanent general practitioner, but every time I visited a doctor here, I came across a professional approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all foreigners please avoid this place. They are unprofessional and they change doctors continuously. I asked them to prescribe to me a diagnostic exams like CT or MRI and they prescribed me a visit to the Oncology. Please all foreigner and especially Italians DONT GO THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea, why people are writing so many bad reviews, I had only the best experience here, doctors were always willing to help, prescribe medicine, directed to the other specialists if needed, I am their client for more than 3 years already, no problems at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call the uptight receptionnist, she will give you a fake appointment without even taking your name, and tell you to come at a late hour. Then go there, and she will tell you that they're almost closing and it's too late. Super experience. I don't know why people do this job if they hate it that much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected a horror based on the reviews here but it wasn't bad at all. The nurse is not pleasant at all but the doctor was really nice and friendly. Can't really judge his professionalism because I only came for an entry check up and all he did was check my back and my blood pressure. The nurse didn't call people in order and someone who came after me, went into the office before me. Toilet has no sink to wash hands and there was no toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an expat I needed an English speaking doctor quickly. I rang up in the morning 9am, and was seen by a doctor by 10:30am. I paid 500 Crowns registration fee (about 20 euro) because I intend to use them as my doctor's office going forward. The doctor was awesome, spoke English well and the service was prompt - hence 5 stars.
On another note, it is a small clinic, so for anyone looking for open heart surgery or a limb transplantation, maybe look for a bigger hospital!
