M	Milan Doubek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji toto odběrové misto!!!! Výsledky mi přišli až po 52 hodinách!!! Což bylo zpusobeno zejména tím, že vzorek byl analyzován až v Ostravě!! I absolutely do not recommend this collection point !!!! The results came to me after 52 hours !!! This was mainly due to the fact that the sample was analyzed in Ostrava !!

Jelikož se odběrové místo nenachází u paty Čechova mostu,tak jsme se pokusili dovolat,nikdo to nebral,po tom co jsme místo našli,tak paní nebyla schopná odpovědět proč neberou telefony,jen uznala že u paty Čechova mostu nejsou. Následně paní neustále opakovala že si test musíme zaplatit a to v hotovosti,přitom nebyl důvod po nás chtít peníze. Už nikdy,test jsme u této společnosti odmítli. Volba nemocnice Na Františku je lepší. Reluctance, arrogant behavior. Na výsledek PCR si testu si totiž opravdu počkáte těch 48 hodin (na jaře 2020 možná dobré, ale v tuto dobu to většina laboratoří zvládá výrazně rychleji! Až zkrátí platnost PCR na 72 hodin, bude Vám takový výsledek opravdu k ničemu). Pravdou je, že personál se toho nebojí, ani respirátor během výtěru nemají, proč taky, když štětičkou jen polechtají.. No a pokud vám čekání vadí a chcete se laborky zeptat, mail se Vám pro jistotu vrátí jako nedoručený. Za mě výrazné NE NE NE. UŽ NIKDY! Definitely not this company. You will really wait for the 48 hours of the PCR test result (maybe good in spring 2020, but at this time most laboratories can do it much faster! When it shortens the validity of PCR to 72 hours, such a result will be really useless to you). The truth is that the staff is not afraid of that, nor does they have a respirator during the swab, why not, if they just tickle the brush. Significant for me NO NO NO. NEVER!
B	Barbora Santana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!! a nedávám ani jednu hvězdičku. Nikdy víc! Výsledek nezapsali do registru, takže jako bych na žádném testu nebyla! Nepříjemné, neochotné jednání! Výsledek přišel sms až 3.den! Definitely not recommended !!!! and I don't give a single star. Never more! They didn't write the result in the registry, so it's like I'm not on any test! Annoying, reluctant behavior! The result came SMS on the 3rd day!

Byl to opravdu bizár, když jsem odcházela tak jsem se musela celá situaci smát. Jste očkování, jdete si udělat PCR pro bezpečnost všech okolo a někdo na Vás u toho řve. A bylo trochu zvláštní, ze neměla nasazenou roušku přes nos!!! ?‍♀️ Pokud můžete jinam, běžte jinam. So this lady, she was really bad. She yelled at the lady in front of me without hesitation, then yelled at me. It was really bizarre when I left so I had to laugh at the whole situation. You're vaccinated, you're going to do a PCR for the safety of everyone around you and someone's yelling at you. And it was a little strange that she didn't put a veil over her nose !!! ?‍♀️ If you can go elsewhere, go elsewhere.

Avšak na místě byla pouze vylepená zpráva, že dnes nefungují, a máme se přeobjednat. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme museli do místa dojet cca 10 km, bylo by fajn dát o této skutečnosti vědět předem. Toto místo nedoporučujeme! We arrived at the time of the ordered collection, an reminder came an hour before the scheduled collection. However, the only message that was made was that they were not working today, and we have to reorder. Given that we had to drive about 10 km to the place, it would be nice to let us know about this fact in advance. We do not recommend this place!

V situaci, kdy má člověk horečku, zimnici, zažívací problémy a ve stavu jak po srážce s vlakem, je fakt fanj stát ve 2'c venku :( Výsledek prý za cca 48h. Tak super! Navíc pouze jedna paní, kdy bere skupiny po cca 10 lidech a víc najednou a vy pak musíte čekat další čas navíc. ( Paní tedy upřímně lituju ). Kupříkladu na Zbraslavi jsem byl na PCR třikrát, vždy mě vzali přesně na čas, nikdy jsem nečekal a výsledek ještě ten den večer, nebo druhý den ráno. P	Pavol Bebjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výsledek testu dorazil 54 hodin od odběru (kvůli čemu jsem musel odložit pracovní cestu), firma nemá žádné kontaktní údaje ani obchodní podmínky, jedině odkaz na laboratoř, kam má člověk po 48 hodinovém čekání na výsledek napsat. Laboratoři byl ale vzorek zjevně doručen až 30 hodin od testu, takže se člověk dostane do situace, kdy výsledek platí sotva pár hodin. The test result arrived 54 hours after collection (which is why I had to postpone the business trip), the company has no contact details or business conditions, only a link to the laboratory where one has to write the result after 48 hours of waiting. However, the sample was apparently delivered to the laboratory up to 30 hours after the test, so one gets into a situation where the result is barely valid for a few hours.
