There is also a family ties and friendship among line chiefs, so they cover each other and every mistake of setter or quality inspector could be just written off. There is a lot of waste due to the incompetence of the setters, who have been taken on such position because they are friends of chief or other employees in the team. It’s total who-you-know type deal, this whole company. Simple employees are not appreciated, they are just expendables. The job is not difficult, but the attitude could be the better.
