★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majitel je strašně hodnej. Přišla jsem 5 minut po zavíračce v pátek a i když měl už zavřel obchod, mohla jsem mu předat balík na vrácení venku.
Posledně jsem si také všimla širokého výběru stavebnic Lego. Doporučuju pro lov dárků na poslední chvíli! ?
The owner is so nice. I came 5 minutes after the closing on Friday and even though he had already closed the shop, I could hand him the return package outside.
Last time I also noticed a wide selection of Lego kits. I recommend for hunting gifts at the last minute! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V otevírací době je zavřeno a nikdo není na prodejně. Čekala jsem 15 minut a pak to vzdala. Po upozornění na tento fakt při druhém pokusu o vyzvednutí balíku se omluvy nedočkáte. Prý se to občas prostě děje :))
Opening hours are closed and no one is in the shop. I waited 15 minutes and then gave up. There will be no apologies after the second attempt to pick up the package. Apparently it just happens sometimes :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnesnim telefonim hovoru a extreme rychlem vyrizeni "reklamace", kdy na webu je u hracky "Vykopej si dinosaura" chybne uvedena velikost 17x11cm a dostanete cihlicku sotva do dlane 8x4cm davam 5 hvezd za pristup majitele, kterych je dnes pomalu, kdyz reagoval behem 10 minut omluvou, opravou e-shopu a odeslanim 50% ceny zpet na ucet.
Jeste jednou dekuji za takoveto jednani, a na vasem shopu budu rozhodne nakupovat i dale.
After today's phone call and extreme fast handling of "complaints", when the toy "Dig your dinosaur" is incorrectly listed on the web, the size is 17x11cm and you can barely get a brick in the palm of your hand 8x4cm, I give 5 stars for the owner's approach, which is slow today when reacting during 10 minutes by apology, repair of the e-shop and sending 50% of the price back to the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a candy bra on display. If you want to have a good laugh you can go to their site and witness gifts for women/men sections with a hilarious sexist collection. So the place tries to be useful as a PPL parcelshop, but fails at that too, the working hours till 17, when I was there at 16:05 today I was greeted by a piece a paper on the front door saying that today they have decided to close at 16. It is +30 outside, and I wasted my time.
