★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chybně uvedená otvírací doba, no a co tak přijedete do zavřené prodejny. Telefonní číslo na pobočku neuvedeno, zřejmě mají důvod, u nás v práci umí telefon vyřídit i uklízečka (když umí mluvit - není problém se zeptat kolegů)
 Wrongly stated opening hours, so what if you come to a closed store. The telephone number for the branch is not given, they probably have a reason, our cleaner can also handle the phone at work (if she can speak - it is not a problem to ask colleagues)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceny jsou nízké, ale služba otřesná. Doba dodání absolutně nekoresponduje s tím, co se uvádí na webu a ani po 10 dnech čekání na objednávku obchod není schopný říct, kdy objednávka dorazí. A to se mi nestalo jednou.
+ na webu mi přijde dost za hranou, že se samo zaklikává pojištění zásilky. Navíc nejde vidět vůbec nikde celková cena - tedy kniha + dopravné + pojištění. Přijde mi to celé záměrně nepřehledné.
Prices are low, but the service is appalling. The delivery time absolutely does not correspond to what is stated on the website and even after 10 days of waiting for the order, the store is not able to say when the order will arrive. And that didn't happen to me once.
+ I find it pretty bad on the web that the insurance of the shipment clicks on its own. In addition, the total price is not visible anywhere - ie book + transport + insurance. It all seems intentionally confusing to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an English book from the website. and went to pick it up at the store. The store was easy to locate and the girl on the reception was very friendly and quick. The book was well packed and I was on my way within 5 minutes. To top it all off, I got the book on discount. Very happy with the service, would definitely order again. (There are no English books at the store itself.)
