★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem zklamaný chováním personálního oddělení, které po 5 letech spolupráce (pro firmu jsem zajišťoval jazykové kurzy) ukončilo spolupráci jen proto, že jsem se dovolil zeptal, zdali by přicházelo v úvahu mírné navýšení ceny za výuku. Když jsem je upozornil na dvouměsíční výpovědní lhůtu, hned si našli kličku, jak smlouvu obejít. Mrzí mě, že po 5 letech bezproblémové spolupráce se firma takto zachovala. Dost to o ní vypovídá.
I am disappointed by the behavior of the HR department, which after 5 years of cooperation (I provided language courses for the company) ended the cooperation only because I asked whether a slight increase in the price for teaching could be considered. When I pointed out the two-month notice period, they immediately found a clue to circumvent the contract. I am sorry that after 5 years of trouble-free cooperation the company has behaved like this. It tells a lot about her.
