Mit zwei gebrochenen Speichen gekommen. Wir hatten in Prag bereits 5 fahrradwerkstätten abgeklappert, die nicht helfen konnten/wollten wegen spezieller radgröße(28,5 zoll). Er hat sehr schnell alles repariert bzw. ersetzt. Erste Klasse!

Come with two broken spokes. We had already rummaged through 5 bicycle workshops in Prague, which could not help because of the special wheel size (28.5 inches). He repaired or replaced everything very fast. First class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Kovaříkem nemám dobré zkušenosti. Přišel jsem s požadavkem doplnění brzdové kapaliny zadní kotoučové brzdy a seřízením přehazovačky + mi pan servisman doporučil výměnu středové osy(měla vůli) s čím jsem tedy souhlasil. Po dvou dnech bylo hotovo a nestačil jsem se divit. Za výměnu středové osy a doplnění kapaliny si pán naúčtoval nesmyslných 1950,-!! Na seřízení přehazovačky zřejmě nedošlo, protože dnes po první jízdě po servisu se přehazovačka chová úplně stejně. Toto chování mi přijde neprofesionální. Rozhodně nedoporučuji a nebo si před servisem přesně stanovte cenu, jinak vás oškube. Mě nezbývá než si z toho vzít na příště ponaučení.
I do not have good experience with Mr. Kovarik. I came with a request to refill the rear brake fluid and adjusting the derailleur. After two days it was done and I wasn't surprised. For the replacement of the central axis and replenishment of liquid the gentleman charged nonsense 1950, - !! Apparently the derailleur was not adjusted, because today after the first drive after service, the derailleur behaves the same way. I find this behavior unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend or before the service accurately determine the price, otherwise you will pluck. I have no choice but to learn from this next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Kovařík je velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Nejprve nám pomohl při defektu pneumatiky a následně i provedl skvělý a rychlý servis kol. Také jsme si od něho kola půjčovali a celý proces byl bezstarostný. Naprostá spokojenost.
Mr. Kovařík is very helpful and helpful. First he helped us with a flat tire and then he performed a great and fast wheel service. We also borrowed bikes from him and the whole process was carefree. Absolute satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme moc spokojeni! Oceňujeme super domluvu po telefonu a velkou ochotu pana majitele. Přibližovali jsme se autem, takže půjčení držáku nám hodně pomohlo. Kola fungovala bezvadně! Výlet po cyklostezce a okolí Mělníka se moc povedl a určitě se brzy vrátíme! :)
We were very satisfied! We appreciate the great agreement over the phone and the great willingness of the owner. We approached by car, so renting a holder helped us a lot. The wheels worked perfectly! The trip along the bike path and around Mělník was very successful and we will definitely be back soon! :)
