Dnes po týdnu milostivě přijel technik podívat se na pračku co nám vytekla a neshledal žádnou závadu, takže pračka po třetí reklamaci, dnes si zaplatím za dojezd a opraveno nic. Končím s další poruchou jde pračka z domu a kdo můžete raději kupte jinde. Vyhodila jsem peníze za prodlouženou záruku, nikdo mě neinformoval ani jaké jsou podmínky pro mě dost nevýhodné, jelikož je Jičín daleko, takže dneska 800 proletělo oknem z nic. L	Lenka Hoffmannová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem do servisu, že mám špatné ložiska na pračce. Soudružka po telefonu nemohla sdělit cenu. Musela poslat technika. Za 14 měl technik dojet. S ním jsem se v pohodě domluvila, že by jel zbytečně a že mám pračku dovézt. Dovezla jsem ji. Cenu mi soudružka při příjmu opět sdělit nemohla. Takže jsem další týden čekala, než mi technik cenu zavolal. Cena byla 3x vyšší, než jsem si v tom týdnu zjistila v dalších dvou servisech. Pračku jsem si jela vyzvednout, že si ji tedy odvezu jinam, a za to sdělení ceny po týdnu si servis naúčtoval 218,- Kč. A ještě po nás soudružka řvala, že to máme super levné zjištění závady. o	ostraism on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem opakovaně musel poslat na email fotky pračky,kterou mám v záruce.Email prý nedorazil,..Pračka Dělá neuvěřitelný rachot při praní a ždímání- asi odešlo nějaké ložisko.Táto pračka Elektrolux se asi moc nepovedla.Tak uvidíme jak dopadnu,příští týden má přijít technik ,se na pračku podívat a pak oprava - jak dlouho?Pak napíšu. Při řešení záruční jsme čekali 15 dní ( prý čekali na nějaký díl) a když v domluveném termínu měl technik dojít tak volal, že nemůže.... takže čekání na opravu se ještě prodlužuje :) Very unprofessional approach. During the warranty solution, we waited 15 days (allegedly waiting for a part) and when the technician had come to the agreed date, he called so much that he could not .... so waiting for the repair is still longer :)

P	Petr K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava myčky Whirlpool která ukazovala závadu "15" - čerpadlo. Samotná výměna čerpadla trvala cca 45 min (nadvakrát po prvním spuštění myčka tekla), ale na výměnu jsem čekal cca měsíc. Servis jsem zaplatil ale pak zjistil že myčka jede jen chvíli pak začne pípat a nedomyje. Po restartu myčky (včetně vytažení ze zásuvky) myčka dál ukazovala závadu "15" a nově i "12". Opět čekání na spojení se servisem a podalších týdnech pán servisák uchem zjistil (fakt nekacám-žádný diagnostický software) že to nesouvisí s jejich opravou a myčku dá do pořádku jen v případě že vše znova zaplatím. Mimochodem cena za cca 20 min práce 1700,-Kč s tím že nemáte na výběr když máte díly v záruce a Whirlpool vám sám pošle jimi vybraný "odborný" servis. Whirlpool dishwasher repair which showed a fault "15" - pump. The pump change itself took about 45 minutes (more than twice after the first start-up, the dishwasher flowed), but I waited about a month for a change. I paid for the service but then found out that the dishwasher only runs for a while then starts beeping and doesn't wash. After restarting the dishwasher (including unplugging), the dishwasher continued to show fault "15" and now "12". Waiting for a connection with the service again and in the following weeks, the servant found out with his ear (I really don't know - no diagnostic software) that it was not related to their repair and he would put the dishwasher in order only if I paid for everything again. By the way, the price for about 20 minutes of work is CZK 1,700, with the proviso that you have no choice if you have parts under warranty and Whirlpool will send you the "professional" service selected by them.
