The Art Nouveau town hall building in Bílina was built in 1908-1911. With its tower 57 meters high, it dominates Peace Square. The tower can be reached occasionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Působivá budova secesní radnice je výraznou dominantou Mírového náměstí. Byla vystavěna v letech 1908 - 1911 podle projektu vídeňského architekta Schmieda. Stavbu inicioval starosta Josef Schmettan. Je nakloněná od svislé osy přibližně o 20 cm směrem na jih a odchylka se stále zvětšuje. Věž je 50 m vysoká, nahoru vede 146 schodů a dále spirálovitě stoupající vnitřní ochoz ve válci věže. Z věže je krásný pohled na historické jádro města i okolí.
The impressive building of the Art Nouveau City Hall is a distinctive dominant of Mírové Square. It was built between 1908 and 1911 according to the Viennese architect Schmied. The construction was initiated by Mayor Josef Schmettan. It is inclined from the vertical axis by approximately 20 cm to the south and the divergence is still increasing. The tower is 50 meters high, 146 stairs lead upwards and the spiral-ascending inner gallery in the tower roller is ending your climbing, but there is a beautiful view of the historical city center and its surroundings from the tower.
