V pěkném a klidném městečku Třemošnice žije něco přes 3000 obyvatel. Over 3000 inhabitants live in the nice and quiet town Třemošnice. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1564. The development of the village occurred after joining with the estate Ronov nad Doubravou. In 1750 a small castle was built on the site of an old fortress. Jan Blažej Santini was probably among its builders. The chateau also includes a chapel, which is now open to the public. The city lies at the foot of the Iron Mountains - it was really impressive to observe the southwestern edge of the escarpment that rises above the city as a fossilized tidal wave. We arrived in Třemošnice in the morning in cloudy weather, when shreds of fog and clouds drifted over the wooded slopes, it was a breathtaking theater, only partly disturbed by the horrific socialist block of flats. Otherwise, there is an effort to cultivate the streets and houses in the village, most of the buildings had a well-kept and well-preserved facade, and the greenery between the houses and along the roads pleased us as well.
The nice and quiet town of Třemošnice has just over 3,000 inhabitants. The first written mention of the village comes from 1564. Jan Blažej Santini's contribution to its construction is also expected. Part of the castle is a chapel, which is now open to the public. The city lies at the foot of the Iron Mountains - it was really very impressive to observe the southwestern edge of the cliff, which rises above the city like a petrified tidal wave. We arrived in Třemošnice in the morning in cloudy weather, when lines of fog and clouds drove over the wooded slopes, it was a breathtaking theater, only in places disturbed by horrible socialist prefabricated buildings. Otherwise, there is an effort in the village to cultivate the streets and houses, most of the buildings had a modified and preserved facade, pleased the greenery between the houses and along the roads. Menší o to víc pěkné městečko. Zajímavá stavba místní radnice.
The smaller the more nice town. An interesting building of the local town hall.
