The nice and quiet town of Třemošnice has just over 3,000 inhabitants. The first written mention of the village comes from 1564. The development of the village took place after the connection with the estate Ronov nad Doubravou. In 1750, a small castle was built on the site of the old fortress. Jan Blažej Santini's contribution to its construction is also expected. Part of the castle is a chapel, which is now open to the public. The city lies at the foot of the Iron Mountains - it was really very impressive to observe the southwestern edge of the cliff, which rises above the city like a petrified tidal wave. We arrived in Třemošnice in the morning in cloudy weather, when lines of fog and clouds drove over the wooded slopes, it was a breathtaking theater, only in places disturbed by horrible socialist prefabricated buildings. Otherwise, there is an effort in the village to cultivate the streets and houses, most of the buildings had a modified and preserved facade, pleased the greenery between the houses and along the roads. Otherwise, there is an effort to cultivate the streets and houses in the village, most of the buildings had a well-kept and well-preserved facade, and the greenery between the houses and along the roads pleased us as well.
