★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Městská policie - instituce, která by neměla existovat! Pravomoci mají omezené, stejně tak filipa. Ti co se líp učili, ale ne zas tak dobře, aby se uživili sami, skončili u státní policie. Pokud vás někdo přepadne nebo okrade tak na ně zaručeně nenarazíte. Je to z toho důvodu, že město jejich prostřednictvím vybírá peníze do svého rozpočtu, které pak investuje do laviček à 50000 nebo do zneprůjezdnění páteřní komunikace kolem Severní Terasy stavbou zastávek proti sobě, takže zastavivší trolejbus neobjedete. Měšťáci hlavně vybírají nebo dělají biologické semafory.....
