★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abertamy jsou poměrně starobylé městečko, první písemná zpráva pochází již z roku 1529. V současnosti je ve městě velké množství polorozpadlých budov v dezolátním stavu. Nefungují téměř žádné služby, chybí hotel i restaurace. Je zde v provozu jen jedna malá hospůdka a jedna maličká prodejna potravin. Vše ostatní je uzavřeno.
 Abertamy is a rather ancient town, the first written record dates back to 1529. At present, there is a large number of dilapidated buildings in the city in a dilapidated state. There are almost no services, there is no hotel or restaurant. There is only one small pub and one tiny grocery store in operation. Everything else is closed.
