Velmi příjemný zážitek. Prostředí nové, klimatizované, prostorné a pohodlné. Objednán přes internet na 9:00, přesně v 9:00 jdu na řadu a dáme se s paní referentkou Annou do vyplňování dokumentů ke ztrátě malého TP a k vydání nových SPZ. Paní referentka vstřícná, příjemná a profesionální. Drobné nedostatky v dokumentu si sama opravuje a vše plynule vyřídí během 5 minut. Následuje přání hezkého dne a můj odchod na zmrzlinu.
Dokonalá představa jednání zástupce státu k občanovi.
Ale musí to být oboustranné - pozdrav, úsměv a pokora k člověku, který tomu rozumí lépe než já.

Very pleasant experience. Environment new, air conditioned, spacious and comfortable. Ordered over the Internet at 9:00 am, exactly at 9:00 am I turn and let me and Mrs. Anna to fill in the documents to lose a small TP and issue a new license plate. Ms assistant, friendly and professional. She corrects minor deficiencies in the document and smoothly handles everything within 5 minutes. I wish you a nice day and my departure for ice cream.
Perfect idea of the state representative's behavior towards the citizen.
But it must be mutual - greeting, smile and humility to a person who understands it better than I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasná zkušenost . Jak nemám s úřady dobré zážitky a určitě nejenom já . V Brodě na registraci vozidel naprostá bomba . Vzal jsem si lístek a do deseti minut minut jsem byl u přepážky . Pán měl profesionální přístup . Maximálně do půl hodiny jsem i odcházel.
An amazing experience. How I have no good experience with the authorities and certainly not just me. A complete bomb for vehicle registration in Brod. I took my ticket and was at the counter within ten minutes. The Lord had a professional approach. I even left within half an hour.
