★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Věřím, že osobně budou fajn, ale chtěli jsem info o hafanovi po telefonu, protože sháníme dost specifického pejska a to byl problém. Už pár týdnů obvolavame různé utulky, dočasky, depozit apod. napříč celou Českou republikou a nikde s tím neměli problém, spíše to vítali. To mě trochu mrzí, nutnost osobní návštěvy samozřejmě chápu, ale nechci jet do útulku bez info o pejskovi. Chápu, že toho mají hodně, ale trocha vstřícnosti by asi neuškodila.
 I believe that they will be fine personally, but we wanted info about the hafan on the phone, because we are looking for a very specific dog and that was a problem. For a few weeks now, we have been calling various shelters, landslides, deposits, etc. all over the Czech Republic, and they had no problem with that anywhere, they rather welcomed it. I'm a little sorry, I understand the need for a personal visit, of course, but I do not want to go to a shelter without info about the dog. I understand they have a lot, but a little helpfulness probably wouldn't hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všem zaměstnancům velký obdiv zvířata jsou v dobře péči vždy čisto uklizeno příjemný personál mám doma kocourka z útulku .včera návštěva super kolektiv čistota dávám deset hvězd a velký dík.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál příjemný, prostředí nádherné, zvířátka v čistém , prostě 1s⭐. Není co vytknout. Kéž by bylo všude takto o zvířátka postaráno. Je vidět, že v útulku pracují všichni se srdcem na pravém místě a s láskou k němé tváří. Prostě vše dokonalé.
Staff friendly, environment wonderful, pets clean, just 1s⭐. There is nothing to complain about. I wish the animals were taken care of like this everywhere. It can be seen that in the shelter everyone works with their hearts in the right place and with love for their dumb faces. Just everything perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přivezli jsme tam velký pytel krmení .Pani vedoucí ani nepoděkovala.Jinak útulek chválím, jak byl čistý a mladá slečna, nás provedla s ochotou a podala výklad o psech.
