 Very helpful lady at the reception and great service. it was a minor service but my experience is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadlidský úkol vykomunikovat první schůzku. Několik týdnů jsme se snažili o termín k osobní konzultaci. Vše ztroskotalo na neschopnoti odpovídat na emaily. Když jsme se snažili dovolat a zjistit kde to vázne, tak nám bylo řečeno, že jsme nevyplnili už dávno odeslaný formulář. Absolutně nepříjemný personál, kde komunikace vyvrcholila k zvájemnému poslání do patřičných míst. Je evidentní, že klinika má víc poptávek, než je schopná vyřídit a podle toho se také tak chová.
The superhuman task of making the first appointment. For a few weeks, we tried to make a personal consultation. All failed to respond to emails. When we tried to call and find out where it was, we were told that we did not fill in the long-sent form. Absolutely unpleasant staff, where communication culminated in a missionary mission to the right places. It is obvious that the clinic has more demand than is able to handle and behaves accordingly.
