★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pojišťovna jako jiná, dokud nepotřebujete něco změnit a nedej bože ukončit. Při sjednávání nám bylo řečeno že tyhle dvě věci jsou v pohodě a bez problémů. Nastává ALE, loňského roku jsme někdy v září (cca) chtěli upravit pojistku, ať neplatíme tak velkou částku (mělo dojít dle domluvy o snížení o 500,- cca) a za dobu půl roku nic, ani reakce... Tak jsme se rozhodli pro ukončení, prostudovali jsme i smlouvu, jak je to s dobou ukončení a nebylo tam nic a tak jsme počítali s klasickou výpovědní lhůtou a tady je další ALE. Najednou společnost reagovala, a to s tím že dřív než k výročí smlouvy nám to neukončí...

It is BUT, last year in September (about) we wanted to adjust the policy, whether we pay such a large amount (it should have been a reduction of 500, - approx) and nothing, or a reaction in half a year ... So we decided for termination, we also studied the contract, how it is with the end time and there was nothing and so we counted on the classic notice period and here is another ALE. Suddenly the company reacted with the fact that before the anniversary of the contract it does not stop us ...
