★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Predražené mikro porcie. Polievka za 45 Kč v omáčkovej plastovej miske o objeme asi 1,5 deci. Prvý raz som videl takéto šetrenie na zákazníkovi. Neodporúčam.
 Overpriced micro portions. Soup for 45 CZK in a plastic sauce bowl with a volume of about 1.5 children. The first time I saw such an inquiry on a customer. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha opravdu příšerná (nepříjemná slečna, v ruce telefon, neochota,..). Jídlo také hrozné, nedojedl jsem. Nikdy víc.
The staff is really terrible (unpleasant young lady, phone in hand, reluctance, ..). The food is also terrible, I didn't finish. Never more.

I don't know if we are writing about the same restaurant in the florentinum: lunch menu on the scales, I will load what I want..and besides that the food can be warmer, I am generally satisfied. portion around 100 CZK, larger plate 150 ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha naprosto příšerná. Přišla jsem v 19:00 hod. Zákazníci žádní (ani u stolů, ani ve frontě). Slečna za pokladnou v ruce mobil, okolí vůbec nevnímala. Čekala jsem asi dvě minuty, než si mě všimla. Zakoulela očima, přišla k pokladně a odsekla "S sebou?!". Ani neřekla dobrý den, nic, prostě jen "S sebou?!" :D Zeptala jsem se, jestli si můžu objednat. Velmi nepříjemně mi řekla, že kuchař už uklízí (restaurace zavírá v 20:00 hod.), ale že můžu. Tak jsem se otočila a šla pryč, protože skutečně nebudu dávat peníze někomu, kdo o ně očividně nemá zájem.
The service is absolutely awful. I arrived at 19:00. No customers (neither at the tables nor in the queue). The young lady behind the cash register held a cell phone, she didn't notice the surroundings at all. I waited for about two minutes before she noticed me. She rolled her eyes, came to the cash register, and said "With you ?!". She didn't even say hello, nothing, just "With you ?!" : D I asked if I could order. She told me very uncomfortably that the chef was already cleaning (the restaurant closes at 20:00), but that I can. So I turned around and walked away because I really wouldn't give money to someone who was obviously not interested in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20.10.2021 nic moc, cenově drahé, za to co člověk dostane, chování obsluhy příjemné i nepříjemné, prostředí v pohodě, chuťově akceptovatelné. Sem už nepůjdu a nemůžu doporučit.
10/20/2021 not much, expensive, for what a person gets, the behavior of the staff pleasant and unpleasant, the environment is cool, palatable. I will not come here anymore and I can not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemná obsluha, přesně jak píšou ostatní, telefon v ruce, všimla si nás až po chvíli. Člověk by řekl, že k Vám bude občan stejné národnosti vlítnější a milejší, ale tady se do opravdu nestalo. Slečna na nás bez pozdravu vyštěkla, že za chvíli zavírají a co chceme s sebou. Vybírali jsme, mezitím odešla do kuchyně, přišla po 5min, stoupla si k pokladně, říkáme ji co bychom chtěli, zakroutila očima a vyštěkla, že už zavírají a už nevaří. Ještě dělala, že neumí vietnamsky, když mluví česky s vietnamským přízvukem. Když si nebudete chtít zkazit den, raději zvolte jiné bistro.
Very unpleasant staff, exactly as others write, phone in hand, she noticed us until after a while. One would say that a citizen of the same nationality will be more friendly and kind to you, but it really didn't happen here. The young lady barked at us without saying that they would be closing in a moment and what we wanted with us. We were picking, in the meantime she went to the kitchen, she came after 5 minutes, she went to the cash register, we say what we would like, she rolled her eyes and barked that they were closing and no longer cooking. She still said she didn't speak Vietnamese when she spoke Czech with a Vietnamese accent. If you don't want to ruin your day, you'd better choose another bistro.
