Davam velmi nizke hodnoceni diky pobocce v Ceskych Budejovicich. V momente kdy jsem z vlastnich doplatila vozik se jednani obratilo o 180 stupnu. Kdyz resite technicky problem voziku, vedouci prodejny rekne, ze se technik ozve a ona vse preda...vic jak mesic se nikdo neozval, volala jsem tedy sama a dotycna se me s udivem pta zda jsem si to zaridila sama. Na jare vymena sedaku , ktera mela trvat 3 tydny, trvala 4 mesice. Kvuli Covid 19 bych to pochopila, ale nemate zadne informace, protoze vam nikdo nezavola, nereaguje na zmeskane hovory ani sms. Nakonec jsem dala stiznost i na zdravotni jistovnu. Za me, absolutne nefer jednani, nespolehlivost personalu pobocky v Ceskych Budejovicich. Jsem rada, ze jsem mela moznost zmenit vozik a hlavne firmu. Muzu pusobit jako problemovy zakaznik, ale trpelivosti jsem mela myslim dost. Snad se vedeni firmy zamysli nad zmenou vedouci prodejny v Budejovicich.
I give a very low rating thanks to the branch in Cesky Budejovice. The moment I paid for the cart from my own, the negotiations turned 180 degrees. When you solve the technical problem of the truck, the store manager says that the technician will call and she sold it all ... more than a month, no one answered, so I called myself and was surprised to ask if I had arranged it myself. In the spring, the seat change, which was supposed to take 3 weeks, took 4 months. Because of Covid 19, I would understand, but you have no information, because no one called you, does not respond to missed calls or sms. In the end, I also filed a complaint with the health insurance company. For me, absolutely unreachable actions, the unreliability of the branch staff in Cesky Budejovice. I'm glad I had the opportunity to change the truck and especially the company. I can act as a problem customer, but I think I had enough patience. Perhaps the company's management will think about changing the store manager in Budejovice.

S pobočkou v Českých Budějovicích jsme spokojeni. Při vyřizování pomůcky byli všichni ochotní, empatičtí a komunikace jak telefonická tak osobní "na výbornou"! Děkujeme.
