★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto úžasný přístup paní vedoucí obchodního střediska paní Cisárikové. Od pomoci vybrat správný vozík pro syna po odborný popis všeho, co k tomu člověk potřebuje. Celý komplex je samozřejmě bezbarierový, parkoviště hned u budovy.
Děkujeme strašně moc za milý a příjemný přístup, všechny rady a doporučení.
Najdete zde od madel přes kartáč na vlasy po polohovací postel úplně všechno.
Absolutely amazing approach from the head of the shopping center, Mrs. Cisáriková. From helping to choose the right wheelchair for a son to a professional description of everything one needs. The whole complex is of course barrier-free, parking right next to the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodávají vozíky invalidním lidem, ale jejich přístup a komunikace je otřesná. Vyřídit u nich reklamaci je běh na dlouhou trať, po opravě nedoloží potřebné papíry k prokázání nové součástky - baterie. Doporučuji s firmou vše řešit přes email ať máte důkaz o řešení situace.
They sell wheelchairs to people with disabilities, but their access and communication is appalling. Dealing with them is a long-distance run, after the repair they do not provide the necessary papers to prove a new component - the battery. I recommend solving everything with the company via email so that you have proof of resolving the situation.

I was looking for an ergonomic pillow and found it here. Quite a sunken place. It was already closed just before closing time. I called the manager and they delivered the goods even after closing time. Friendly approach
