The fact that you wanted to sign the purchase contract immediately does not mean that the seller also wanted to implement it with you. I also note that the broker works mainly in the field, where he deals with negotiations on market valuation and the acquisition of real estate and inspections with interested parties, so he does not sit in the office at the PC and is not immediately on the phone. I always call back on a missed call after the meeting and I react very flexibly and contact the interested party when I receive new information from the seller. Thus, only after the final decision and the statement of the seller, who has the right to do so by law, it is possible to prepare the contractual documentation for signing. Unfortunately, I cannot add to the positive reviews of Mrs Frohlich. I wanted to buy a holiday home from Mrs. Frohlich, but there were problems from the beginning. I went for a tour and told her I was interested in signing it. Since then, the same excuses such as: I don't have any contracts ready, the lawyer doesn't have time to write them now, etc., this is how it took about ten days, when I waited with the prepared money to sign the contract, which we agreed on. When no one called me for a long time, I wrote a message and I only received a stern answer that the object was already sold. Mrs. Frohlich provided false information about the object, as I later found out. For example, she told me that the land that is next to the building would become a building land, which was one big lie. I got a number for the president of this horticultural colony, and he told me that this was definitely not true, and in no way would these lands become building lands. And that was just one of the lies Mrs. Frohlich told me. Overall unprofessional behavior, lying, inability to answer sms or call back on a missed call. I haven't really experienced this yet. Mrs. Frohlich will certainly have a lot of excuses and other lies and this situation, but if I can recommend anyone to definitely avoid the arc, there are many, many real estate agents in HK who are services and dealings completely different from Mrs. Frohlich. I'm sorry, this is perhaps my first negative review in my life, but really this approach of her was so absolutely tragic that nothing could be written.
