★ ★ ★ ★ ★ katastrofa. nepřijde mi normální, aby jste se snažili dovolat do ordinace, celý den se nedokážete dovolat a když se konečně dovoláte tak vás sestřička nechá 10 minut s vyvěšený sluchátkem nechat poslouchat jak ona se baví v ordinaci a podobně
catastrophe. I don't think it's normal for you to try to call the surgery, you can't call all day, and when you finally call, the nurse will let you listen for 10 minutes with the handset hanging up as she has fun in the surgery and so on.
