Bohužel nás její arogantní přístup vyděsil.
Chápu, že nemusí být každý den plný optimismu, ale posměch k dítěti, které má samo ze sebe komplexy... To mi nepřijde profesionální ani lidské.

Unfortunately, her arrogant approach frightened us.
I understand that every day may not be full of optimism, but a mockery of a child who has complexes in itself ... It does not seem professional or human to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu negativní hodnocení, paní Barchánková je skvělá, velmi pečlivá, vše důkladně vysvětlí dítěti i rodičům. Lidsky je určitě nejvstřícnější ze všech odborníků, u kterých jsme s dcerou byli.
I do not understand the negative assessment, Mrs. Barchankova is great, very careful, explaining everything to the child and her parents. Lidsky is definitely the most shrewd of all the professionals we have with our daughter.
