Very good communication of the bailiff office, on-line system for justified, quick processing of documents, successful completion of the enforcement procedure.

The office repeatedly pays my priority deductions for maintenance to a 3-year-old daughter in arrears, despite the fact that their finances have been withdrawn from the debtor from the previous month. Excuses such as - the internet crashed, so the payment did not go away, the bank had a problem with payments, it did not make the accounting payment - it has happened several times - it forgot to enter the reason - despite my urgency in advance. From the beginning of the execution, I was informed by the executor of several pieces of information, which, however, were not true in reality. Inaccuracy of information, or shuffling of hot potatoes in the sense, this is not my competence, I solved, with every problem. They withhold the overpayment on the debt, they can send it on the 1st day of the month and send it up to the 20th - the reason? - they don't have the capacity to pay extra - this was told to me by the legal department. Every other month, I deal with the fact that my money is being withheld, so as a person entitled to execution, I have to constantly remind myself and argue. I wanted to solve everything with Mrs. Kisel, she did not want to talk to me + no regrets on her part, an apology or a binding promise that the situation would be settled in the future. Her opinion was handled to me by the assistant executor. They also told me to take the exe elsewhere, or to agree with the debtor, to pay me on time, or to write a complaint to the coma. They know very well that this is not the solution for me. They do not treat me as their client at all, I rather feel that I am not dealing with an exe office, but according to their excuses, with another debtor. They have already paid their fees, and why they should take care of my interests, have a human approach, or do the maximum in communication. I am sick of their whole attitude and the absolute unprofessional solution of the problems they themselves cause. I do not strongly recommend this executor's office.
