★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HROZNÝ makléř. Není schopný nic zařídit, ale za vše si účtuje poplatky. Když se ho zeptáte na detaily z nájemní smlouvy, tak neví nic. Neví nic ani o zákonech, které musí respektovat a tudíž je nerespektuje. Snaží se z lidí dostat jen peníze ale o kvalitě jeho služeb už se hovořit nedá. Ve smlouvách je schopný udělat bohužel i gramatické chyby. Provize si absolutně nezaslouží. Těžká domluva, arogantní, neochotný. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI. Toto je přímá zkušenost mé velmi blízké známé, které jsem byla svědkem. Vzhledem k mé několikaleté pracovní zkušenosti v realitní kanceláři si myslím, že by přístup ke klientovi by měl být ZCELA odlišný.
 Terrible broker. He is not able to arrange anything, but he charges fees for everything. If you ask him for details from the lease, he knows nothing. He also knows nothing about the laws he must respect and therefore does not respect. He tries to get only money from people, but the quality of his services can no longer be talked about. Unfortunately, he is also able to make grammatical errors in contracts. They absolutely do not deserve a commission. Tough agreement, arrogant, reluctant. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. This is a direct experience of my very close acquaintance that I have witnessed. Given my several years of work experience in a real estate agency, I think that the approach to the client should be COMPLETELY different.
