★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatte ein wirklich schwieriges Problem mit dem Auspuff. Mein _Mann wurde freundlich begrüßt. Wir hatten alles auf tschechisch übersetzt, aber es wurde deutsch gesprochen. eigentlich hätte es keinen freien termin gegeben und doch hat die Werkstatt es möglich gemacht. 11:00 Uhr haben wir das Auto abgegeben. Mein Mann wurde zum Hotel gefahren. 14:30 uhr wurde uns das Auto zum Hotel gebracht und die erfolgten Reparaturen sogar mit Fotos belegt. Es wurde auch gleich noch Öl aufgefüllt.
Die Werkstatt war unsere Rettung! Vielen Dank!!
We had a really difficult problem with the exhaust. My husband was greeted warmly. We had translated everything into Czech, but German was spoken. actually there would not have been a free date and yet the workshop made it possible. We dropped off the car at 11:00 a.m. My husband was driven to the hotel. At 2:30 p.m. the car was brought to the hotel and the repairs that had been carried out were even documented with photos. Oil was also refilled at the same time.
The workshop was our salvation! Thanks very much!!
