 Absolutely professional approach, knowledge of the field and contractual documentation, I highly recommend that we have made through Mr. Kocourek one purchase and one lease, consultation on the documentation for the cadastral office and now we will use his services for another lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán nám zaslal k podpisu smlouvu, která byla nesrozumitelná, nevýhodná a v mnoha ohledech ze zákona neplatná. Po upozornění a odeslání zrevidované smlouvy, kterou bychom byli ochotni podepsat, se pán urazil jako malé dítě a odmítl s námi nadále jednat. Nezaslouží si bohužel ani tu jednu hvězdičku.
The Lord has sent us to sign a contract that was incomprehensible, disadvantageous, and in many respects invalid by law. After warning and sending a revised treaty that we would be willing to sign, the gentleman insulted as a small child and refused to continue with us. Unfortunately, it doesn't deserve one star.

This broker is a very rude gentleman he can't greet and he snorted so I didn't understand what he was talking about
