★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán byl v celku neochotný a nepříjemný, ještě si stěžoval, že jsem ho požádala, jestli by to nešlo na počkání (šlo o dogravírování pár písmen na mnou přinesený výrobek - otázka 3 minut max), přitom při mém příchodu nevypadal, že by měl kdo ví kolik práce. Nakonec to udělal na počkání, ale přístup velmi neochotný.
The gentleman was quite reluctant and unpleasant, he still complained that I asked him if it would not be waiting (it was a matter of finishing a few letters on the product I brought - a question of 3 minutes max), while on my arrival it did not seem that anyone should he knows how much work. In the end, he did it while he waited, but the approach was very reluctant.
