When I asked them to put me through to Surface Support they either say they do not know the number or the line keeps stuck on ringing tone with call ending after approx 10 min automatically. No luck via Online Support Chat either: no reply. After this experience, I doubt that I will ever invest my money to buy a MS laptop/2in1 device in the future.

Microsoft has nice offices in Prague, though their IT could care more about cable management, but these good offices have no good impact on their products, especially those developed here. They throw nice events though.
