★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám VOIP - dost často nefunguje "volací tón", špatně vypočítavají zůstatek kreditu (paradoxně i do plusu), na emailové upozornění/reklamace nereagují, působí amatérsky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nefunkční, každou chvíli se nikam nelze dovolat (testováno současně s jiným operátorem), Strašně dlouhá prodleva před spojením (bez-problému přes 10 sekund). Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI
Absolutely inoperative, every now and then you can't get anywhere (tested at the same time as another operator). Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se službami Mikrotech jsem zásadně nespokojen. Z počátku vše fungovalo dobře, ale postupem času se nedalo nikam dovolat. Dokonce začaly přicházet „hluché hovory“, kdy vyzváněl telefon a po zvednutí nebylo nikoho slyšet (přicházely i v noci). Na mailový požadavek s prosbou o odstranění závad nepřišla žádná odpověď, proto jsem problém řešil osobním kontaktem: za opravu byl ze strany jejich technika požadován poplatek 200 Kč, ale problém to nevyřešilo a telefon se od té doby nedal používat. Požádal jsem o zrušení služby a vrácení kreditu – do 30 dnů jsem nedostal odpověď. Přešel jsem k operátorovi Odorik, kde spojení funguje bez problémů a nastavení zařízení mi udělali zdarma. I'm very dissatisfied with Mikrotech's services. From the beginning everything worked well, but over time it could not be called. Even the "deaf calls" came when the phone rang and after the pickup, no one was heard (coming in at night). There was no answer to the email request for troubleshooting, so I addressed the problem by personal contact: a fee of CZK 200 was required by the technician for the repair, but the problem did not solve it and the phone was not used since then. I have requested cancellation of the service and credit repayment - I have not received a reply within 30 days. I went to the Odorik operator, where the connection works smoothly and the setup of the device was free of charge. Customer L. Zanáška
