Přijela jsem do servisu s tím, že u auta nesvítila některá světla - závěr byl takový, že bude třeba vyměnit řídící jednotku osvětlení v částce cca 3. - 4. tis. Kč. Asi po 14 dnech mi přisla ze servisu SMS s tím, že jednotku mají za 8 tis. Kč. Telefonicky jsem sdělila, že o originál - vzhledem k tomu, že auto má již více než 10 let - zájem nemám a z toho důvodu mi bude dostačovat jednotka (nová, byť ne originál Škoda) za původně avizovanou částku. V jiném servisu následně zjistili, že problém spočívá pouze v tom, že je přepálený jeden z kontaktů - oprava mě ve finále stála 500, - Kč. Když jsem tuto informaci sdělila servisu, řekla mi paní k tomu pouze, že zřejmě byli v domnění, že problém je v řídící jednotce a pokud by se toto neprokázalo, hledali by příčinu jinde (tzn. v situaci, kdy zákazník v důvěře ohledně správnosti podaných informací uhradí částku za novou jednotku + servis). Za mě minimálně velice neprofesionální přístup. Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with this company. I came to the service with the fact that some lights on the car did not shine - the conclusion was that it would be necessary to replace the lighting control unit in the amount of about 3 - 4 thousand. CZK. After about 14 days, I received an SMS from the service, stating that they have a unit for 8 thousand. CZK. I stated by phone that I am not interested in the original - given that the car has been around for more than 10 years and that is why a unit (new, albeit not an original Škoda) will suffice for the amount originally announced. In another service, they subsequently found out that the problem was only that one of the contacts was burned out - the repair cost me CZK 500 in the final. When I communicated this information to the service, the lady only told me that they seemed to believe that the problem was in the control unit and if this did not prove, they would look for the cause elsewhere (ie in a situation where the customer pay the amount for the new unit + service). At least a very unprofessional approach for me.
