A	Alois Thurnvald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11.6.2020 byla předána motorová pila k opravě (seřízení a nové ozubené kolečko), kdy nám bylo řečeno, že oprava bude trvat týden až dva týdny. Po dvou týdnech jsem se snažil marně dovolat na dvě tel. čísla která jsou uvedená na internetových stránkách a zároveň jsem psal na email, avšak nikde nikdo nereagoval. Po čtyřech týdnech jsme se vydali zeptat se přímo na firmě jak to vypadá, kdy jsme se dozvěděli že pila ještě není opravená a následná oprava proběhla až v tu chvíli. Komunikace žádná a prý telefony nezvedají. Mohu přidat hvězdy za cenu a za minulou bezproblémovou opravu. After two weeks, I tried in vain to call the two phone numbers listed on the website and at the same time I wrote to an email, but no one responded anywhere. After four weeks, we went to ask directly at the company what it looks like, when we learned that the saw was not yet repaired and the subsequent repair took place at that moment. No communication and they say the phones don't answer. I can add stars for the price and for the past hassle-free repair.
M	Marek Vychodil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako servis bohužel nemohu doporučit !!! Prodej nových strojů a nářadí je OK (proto hodnocení 2 hvězd, namísto jedné). Nyní k servisu, nechal jsem si před časem zrevidovat motorovou pilu STIHL,která cca 2 roky stála.Chtěl jsem kompletní vyčištění a nastavení. Výsledek je takový: pila nejen že vůbec nejede (na druhý start je již zalitá směsí paliva),ale ještě z ní palivo vytéká skrze karburátor (palivo nevytéká, pakliže je nádrž poloprázdná-jako při předání pily),olej na mazání řetězu vytéká při naklonění proudem a o vyčistění ani nemluvě...Evidentně jediný provedený úkon je nová přívodní palivová hadička a pokus o vyčištění karburátoru, čímž bohužel došlo k poškození nějaké součástky a palivo protéká. Rozebral jsem tedy sám: příruba sání válce je prasklá, jednocestný ventil chybí, impulsní hadička prasklá a NIC nevyčištěno! Karburátor zašlu odborníkům, nemám potřebné nářadí na provedení testu a čištění ultrazvukem. Za takovou práci bych se styděl, pane Děkane! As a service I unfortunately can not recommend !!! Sales of new machines and tools are OK (hence the rating of 2 stars, instead of one). Now for service, I had the STIHL chainsaw revised some time ago, which lasted for about 2 years. I wanted complete cleaning and adjustment. The result is this: not only does the saw not run at all (it is already filled with fuel mixture for the second start), but fuel flows out of it through the carburetor (fuel does not flow if the tank is half-empty - as when handing over the saw), chain lubricating oil flows out when tilted not to mention cleaning and not to mention ... Obviously the only action performed is a new fuel supply hose and an attempt to clean the carburetor, which unfortunately damaged some components and the fuel flows. So I disassembled it myself: the cylinder suction flange is cracked, the one-way valve is missing, the impulse hose is cracked and NOTHING has been cleaned! I will send the carburetor to experts, I do not have the necessary tools to perform the test and ultrasonic cleaning. I would be ashamed of such work, Mr. Dean!
