Každoročně jezdíme s manželkou na 2 - 3 wellness pobyty a vždy jsme byli se službami milujemewellness.cz spokojeni. Můžeme jen doporučit.

Za me naprosta katastrofa, co se vyreseni jednoducheho "problemu" v podobe tehotenstvi pro zmenu wellness planu tykalo (pobyt byl planovan jeste pred touto udalosti). Absolutni neochota na strane agentury, ackoliv od hotelu jsme meli informaci, ze neni problem pobyt teto podmince prizpusobit a bylo by jednodussi, pokud by se vse zmenilo pres agenturu. Jednodusii mozna, mozne ovsem NE! Po velmi neprijemnem kontaktu s agenturou tedy nakonec vse vyreseno primo a pratelsky s hotelem. Navic nas agentura neinformovala, ze neni k dispozici nami zaplacena polopenze (dlouhodoba nemoc kuchare), ale budou pouze snidane - i tuto informaci nam pri reseni problemu sdelili zamestnanci hotelu s tim, ze agentura o tom vi, ale nekomunikuje (asi aby neprisla o zakazniky) a v hotelu pak vrati penize... za me jedna velka ostuda! Kdyby slo dat mene nez 1 hvezda, tak tam je!

Absolute reluctance on the part of the agency, although we had the hotel from the hotel that it was not a problem to accommodate this condition and it would be easy if everything changed through the agency. Maybe, maybe NO! So, after a very unpleasant contact with the agency, everything was solved directly and privately with the hotel. In addition, the agency did not inform us that half-board (long-term illness of the cook) was not available for us, but it would only be a breakfast - and this information was provided to us by the hotel staff when solving the problem, saying that the agency did not communicate (probably not to lose customers) ) and then return the money in the hotel ... one big shame for me! If the data is less than 1 star, there it is!

Psala jsem to již po nepříjemné a neprofesionální zkušenosti s firmou, která jde doslova přes mrtvoly! Zaplatila jsem storno 20% za pobyt, kdy byl hotel v době plánovaného wellness pobytu zavřený! Připadá mi to jako nehoráznost! A omluva? Vůbec žádná! Pouze jsem se zeptala, jestli, když se epidemiologická situace zhoršuje, bude možné zrušit pobyt podle aktuální situace. Okamžitě mě bylo zasláno stanovisko na storno a 20%. A přitom již bylo téměř jasné, že se pobyty nebudou moci uskutečnit. Lidský faktor v téhle firmě zjevně nefunguje!!! - Zkušenost je z konce roku 2020, třeba je zde již jiný přístup, ale raději píšu, ať víte, do čeho jdete, když si zde koupíte pobyt. Na rozdíl od seriózní firmy Spa.cz, kde jsme mohli čerpat odložený pobyt až do letošního roku. A bez žádných sankcí...

I paid a cancellation of 20% for the stay when the hotel was closed at the time of the planned wellness stay! It seems like outrage to me! And an apology? None at all! I only asked if, if the epidemiological situation worsens, it would be possible to cancel the stay according to the current situation. I was immediately sent an opinion on cancellation and 20%. At the same time, it was almost clear that the stays would not be possible. The human factor obviously doesn't work in this company !!! - The experience is from the end of 2020, there may be a different approach, but I prefer to write so you know what you are going to do when you buy a stay here. Unlike the serious company Spa.cz, where we could draw on a postponed stay until this year. And without any sanctions ...
