★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby šlo udělat 0 hvězd tak jich tam dam 10!!! Absolutně šílený ale šílený jednání . Čekám měsíc na vracení peněz !!! Pokud má ještě někdo tuto zkušenost, rada se přidám k podání trestního oznámení ! Nic odsud nekupujte !!!!!
If it was possible to make 0 stars, I would give 10 of them there !!! Absolutely insane but insane behavior. I am waiting a month for the refund !!! If anyone else has this experience, I will advise you to file a criminal complaint! Don't buy anything from here !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z tohoto e-shopu už NIKDY nic neobjednám. Již více jak měsíc čekám na vracení platby za džíny, které zdaleka neodpovídaly objednaným džínům. Paní Lapčákovou urguji více než 14 dní jak na Facebooku, tak na e-mailu, ale bohužel nereaguje. V tomto spatřuji naprosté selhání, nikdy více. A nemluvě o tom, že nabízí i neoriginální zboží, za které požaduje cenu originálních kousků.
I will NEVER order anything from this e-shop again. I have been waiting for more than a month to return the payment for jeans that did not correspond to the ordered jeans. I have been urging Mrs. Lapčáková for more than 14 days both on Facebook and by e-mail, but unfortunately she does not respond. I see this as a complete failure, never again. And not to mention that it also offers non-original goods, for which it demands the price of original pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní opět nezklamala!! Kolegyně si objednala od paní bundu a svetr. Vrátila to (jelikož to nebylo v perfektním stavu) a opět je to déle než 14 dní a paní peníze nevrátila a ani neodpovídá na email a nekomunikuje!! Nezbiva nic jiného než to předat POLICII ČR! A paní Lapcakovou udat za PODVODNÍCI!!! ( Pokud je Vas tady více tak ji prosím taky u dejte
The lady did not disappoint again !! A colleague ordered a jacket and a sweater from the lady. She returned it (since it was not in perfect condition) and again it is more than 14 days and the lady did not return the money and does not even respond to the email and does not communicate !! It does nothing but pass it on to the POLICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC! And to give Mrs. Lapcak as a FRAUD !!! (If there are more of you here, please give it to me too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem opravdu zklamaná. Bohužel se mi stalo, to co všem ostatním. Neseděla mi velikost bot a šatů. Poslala jsem zboží zpět a peníze mi samozřejmě nedorazily. Psala jsem i mail, bez odezvy, nikdo neodepisuje. Vážně hnus, se takhle chovat k zákazníkům:-) Mám jediný štěstí, že v tom není hodně peněz. Ale jde o princip... Třeba ještě překvapí :-)
I'm really disappointed. Unfortunately, what happened to everyone else happened to me. The size of my shoes and dress didn't suit me. I sent the goods back and of course I didn't get the money. I also wrote an e-mail, no response, no one is writing it off. Seriously disgusting, treating customers like this :-) I'm the only one lucky that there's not a lot of money in that. But it's a principle ... Maybe it will surprise you :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ROZHODNĚ NE!! zboží zaplaceno před 14 dny, poslán doklad o platbě, kvůli urychlení odeslání zboží. Zboží do dnešního dne NEDORAZILO! Na maily neodpovídají, zprávy na Fb přečteny, ale bez reakce. Výzva k vrácení peněz, taky bez odezvy!!
URČITĚ ZDE NIC NEOBJEDNÁVAT!!
DEFINITELY NOT!! goods paid 14 days ago, proof of payment sent, to expedite the shipment of goods. The goods have NOT arrived to date! They do not reply to emails, messages on Fb are read, but without a response. Refund request, also no response !!
Definitely DO NOT ORDER HERE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přiznám se, že jsem myslela,že mi zboží nedorazí po přečtení všech recenzí a po horší komunikaci s paní, i když psala,že se nemusím bát, ale že toho mají hodně.. Zboží mi dorazilo asi po třech týdnech, ale přišlo vše v pořádku.Vše odpovídá fotkám. Také mě moc mile překvapil dáreček (krásné růžové tílko) od paní jako omluva.
Kdyby jste mě neobměkčila tím dárečkem:-),tak dám asi čtyři hvězdicky kvůli komunikaci. Ale dávám pět*****:-)..Věřím,že když zapracujete na komunikaci,tak bude více spokojených zákaznic.
I admit that I thought that the goods would not arrive after reading all the reviews and after worse communication with the lady, although she wrote that I do not have to worry, but that they have a lot .. The goods arrived after about three weeks, but everything came in everything. Everything corresponds to the photos. I was also very pleasantly surprised by a gift (beautiful pink tank top) from the lady as an apology.
If you didn't soften me with that gift :-), I'll give about four stars for communication. But I give five ***** :-) .. I believe that if you work on communication, there will be more satisfied customers.
