Dodání do 7 dnů bez komunikace ani informací o zdržení zásilky, klamavé informace na stránkách, nesmyslné informace o dodacích lhůtách. Kdybychom sami po 7 dnech nevolali, nikdo by nám nedal vědět, že je něco v nepořádku. V kameném obchodě jsme nebyli. Koncový zákazník by nikdy neměl být ten poškozený za počáteční problémy podniku.
Trying to run an online store is really lamentable here. Delivery within 7 days with no communication or delay information, deceptive site information, nonsense delivery time information. If we didn't call ourselves after 7 days, no one would let us know that something was wrong. We were not in the stone shop. The end customer should never be the victim for the company's initial problems.
