YES, it is packed in a box. After ordering I did not receive an email confirmation or order confirmation. I called 3x sellers, respectively. Mr. Heideker and did not take me, nor did he respond to the SMS. I called the next day and handed over my colleague, who told me that the goods would leave the next day. I also received a message that the goods were shipped, but the day they arrived, they called me that the Buggy children weighing about 80 kg and for 18,000 crowns did not find in stock. But I was assured by Mr. Heideker that their e-shop is a great success…. so I'll leave it to you if you order something there ... no more. Thomas

We bought our sons an ATV as a gift for the first day of school, but we bought it in the spring thanks to the event. We assembled it in September, the delivered instructions were literally shabby and in English. Fortunately, the man knows that, so he put it together. After a few minutes, it began to shut down. By morning, a tank had leaked under the ATV. We called there. The man politely told them that we had a problem with that, and Mr. was so incredibly rude that he could easily go into politics. So we contacted the carrier and no one wanted to take it over for transport in the assembled state. That they only do it to contract carriers. So we had to disassemble it into two packages, which they already took from us. Once the store took it over, the phone, and again arrogant behavior, what we think we bought in April and advertise in September. That they reject the complaint, that we shattered it. We told the Lord we would put it on COI in that case. He said calmly and ended the call. In about 3 weeks he returned it to us and rejected the complaint that it was unprofessionally tampered with and thus we lost the possibility of a complaint, the tank does not flow, we tore off the start ourselves, the seat burst is not a defect, do not blow it and do not switch on the remote control we didn't give insurance. So we pass it on to the COI. I believe that Mr. has satisfied customers, because they didn't come across thieves (which every manufacturer has, it's a classic, there is always something to be found somewhere) and then they didn't encounter such outrageous behavior. Then he shouldn't look at politicians. Definitely not recommended

Here in the store bought a minibike that had a defective tank. After e-mail communication with the store, where I sent photos of the defective tank, I agreed with the owner that I would try to repair the motorcycle myself, so that the motorcycle did not have to be disassembled again and sent by post back to the complaint. Unfortunately, I was not able to repair the tank, but a new tank was sent to me immediately so that I could replace it (I note that it is completely free). I definitely recommend the store and buy it here again. WITH.

After reading the reviews, I will probably send everything back and get my money back. Gasoline has not yet been put into the motorcycle, so it cannot excuse the mishandling of the motorcycle.

I bought a Defender 250RR Orange motorcycle from them. I stood up for her in person and all my questions were answered, great guys with whom you can reasonably have fun. After folding at home and a few kilometers, oil began to leak from the fork. The complaint was made in the style that one day I took out the fork, found out where the problem was, the next day I sent it and the day it arrived, they immediately sent a new part.
