★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupili jsme v tomto obchodě produkt ke kterému jsme chtěli objednat náhradní díly. Absolutně neochotné a nepříjemné prodavačky nás odkázaly na výrobce, že se s ním musíme spojit sami a díly si u něj objednat. Samozřejmě, už toto je nestandardní a odpověď majitele firmy byla, že nám náhradní díly neprodá a pokud o ně máme zájem, musíme si je zakoupit přes obchod. Po telefonátu mého manžela do vašeho obchodu kdy jsme sdělili prodavačce, že nám náhradní díly neprodají a je nutné si je zakoupit ve vašem obchodě, nám vaše prodavačka sdělila, že je to naše “blbost” že neumíme italsky a díly si neumíme objednat. Nevím jak přišla paní prodavačka na to, že neumíme italsky ale už od první návštěvy vašeho obchodu jsou neochotné, nepříjemné a s tímto přístupem už vážně nemáme chuť se do Vašeho obchodu vrátit.
 We bought a product for this store for which we wanted to order spare parts. Absolutely reluctant and unpleasant salesmen told us to the manufacturer that we had to contact him ourselves and order parts from him. Of course, this is non-standard and the answer of the owner of the company was that he will not sell us spare parts and if we are interested in them, we must buy them through the store. After calling my husband to your store when we told the saleswoman that they would not sell spare parts to us and it was necessary to buy them in your store, your saleswoman told us that it was our "nonsense" that we could not speak Italian and could not order parts. I don't know how the saleswoman came to the conclusion that we don't speak Italian, but from the first visit to your store they are reluctant, unpleasant and with this approach we really don't feel like returning to your store.
