★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečné, na jídlo čekáte půl hodiny i když přilehlá zahrádka víceméně zeje prázdnotou , poté vám donesou polovinu objednávky a druhou polovinu si musíte vyžádat, prý že jste v pořadí,ale lidé po vás už jídlo mají (podotýkám stejná jídla jako druhá část moji objednávky). Tohle mi přijde jako krásná ukázka toho jak se to NEMÁ dělat
Unbelievable, you wait half an hour for food, even if the adjacent garden is more or less empty, then they bring you half of the order and you have to ask for the other half, they say you're in order, but people already have food for you (I note the same meals as the other part of my order) . This comes to me as a beautiful example of how NOT to do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy, nikdy víc! Na jídlo jsme čekali 30 minut, v nabídce byly mimo jiné i 2ks smaženého hermelínu + hranolky. Za 120 Kč jsem dostala jeden a při následné reklamaci byla paní v kuchyni hubata a protivná, že mi teda dva dá, ale že prakticky rozpůlí ten jeden, že to tak kdysi dělali. Upřímně, nezajímá mě, co dělali kdysi. Takže pro zákazníka zavádějící nabídka. Dále mají v nabídce na tabuli minikoblizky, které dle obsluhy ani nedělají. Polívky nebyly vůbec dobré, vyloženě "kejdy". Nečekám od rychlého občerstvení zázraky, tohle bylo ale hluboko pod úrovní.
Never, never again! We waited for food for 30 minutes, the menu included, among other things, 2 pieces of fried camembert + french fries. I got one for 120 CZK and during the subsequent complaint the lady in the kitchen was fat and annoyed that she would give me two, but that she would practically cut the one in half, that they used to do so. Honestly, I don't care what they used to do. So a misleading offer for the customer. They also offer mini-slippers on the board, which according to the staff do not even do. The soups weren't good at all, just "slurry". I don't expect miracles from fast food, but this was well below level.
