Bohužel jsem otec dětí školou povinných, takže mne to děsí. This is certainly one of the most incompetent ministries in our country for a long time. Avšak už v roce 2018 jsem obdržela usnesení, že moje studium v Rakousku na střední škol je uznané. V únoru jsem psala E-Mail panu Bannertovi, který byl v dokumentu uvedený. Do dnes jsem neobdržela žádné vyjádření, co tento dopis měl znamenat. Non-professional approach. I received a letter stating that I had not submitted documents recognizing my high school studies abroad in Austria. However, as early as 2018, I received a resolution that my secondary school studies in Austria were recognized. In February, I wrote an e-mail to Mr Bannert, which was mentioned in the document. To date, I have not received any comments on what this letter was supposed to mean.
I	Iveta Jarošová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto katastrofální instituce. V úředních hodinách se nelze dovolat, na dopisy ani mail nereagují (žádost o posouzení studia na VŠ v zahraničí). Mrzí mě, že musím dát jednu hvězdičku aby se hodnocení zobrazilo. Zasloužili by si tak minus pět. Absolutely catastrophic institution. It is not possible to call during office hours, they do not respond to letters or e-mails (request for assessment of studies at a university abroad). I'm sorry I have to give one star to see the rating. They deserve minus five.

f	frank klatil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only appropriate rating for this ministry would be zero stars. This place is as close to Kafkaesque nightmare as one can imagine. To talk to one of the hundreds of bureaucrats, you need an appointment during a few designated hours. Even when you schedule a meeting, there is no guarantee that the bureaucrat will have time for you since they like to schedule departmental meetings during the hours officially designated for seeing their clients. If you're lucky enough that you get your appointment, they will not let you in but meet you in the dark hallway located right behind the main entrance to their palace. Applying for anything may easily take more than half a dozen such visits, since they are extremely creative in providing reasons why your application cannot be accepted. These could be things such as "oh, there is a new form for that" or you need a student visa - even if you are a citizen of a country in which you study. Basically the main purpose of this institution is to send people away and make the lives of their clients as miserable as possible. It's amazing to see this communist era dinosaur still thriving so well. And there is no sign of improvement in sight. Really SAD!!!
