I	Igor Raits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIP: If you have a number (live queue one), they process them also "after closing" (e.g. at 17:15). The place, for sure, got improved much more since moving from Hnevkovskeho, but coming there without reservation after 11 is not something what you want to do. You'll have to wait for 3 hours to get number and then 4 hours to get called. People there are very helpful (the only reason I put 2 stars) and trying to do their best. That said, avoid Czech Authorities as much as you can :)
V	Vasiliy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an urgent need and couldn't book an appointment, it's recommended to get in line around 6 am. You'll probably be done around 9. I got in line after 7 am and got done after 3 pm.
A	Anton Dudko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better than the previous place at Hněvkovského, in my experience. A lot of people - true, but the space is much bigger now, civilized seating, with distancing, many screens, despite lots of people - no crowded feeling. The long wait is maybe a problem if you come without an appointment, but i had 10:30 booked, at 10:19 i was there, at 10:40 my number rang, and 10:55 i was done. The officer who assisted me, a young friendly guy, patiently explained everything, he also had some plaque "you are being assisted by an intercultural worker - project of the EU" - we spoke Czech, but i am certain he would speak good English too. The downstairs lobby has coffee machine and vending machine, and a clean new bathroom - with soap and paper towels. Except for the longer way to get there, i like the new place more than the previous.

Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a couple of times in the past 2 months - the place is now very far, BUT is much bigger, no need to wait outside (if u want to only - there are benches all around), fast service (I had online appointments both times). There are 3 changing tables there and a moving curtain - probably if one wants/needs to breastfeed. Overall, very pleasant experience, way better than before, the longer trip almost seems worth the better conditions )
