Great dissatisfaction with this OAM branch - few counters, long waiting times, the waiting room is very cramped, untrained staff who provide incorrect information (many times we have already received information from employees that is not in accordance with the Act on the Residence of Foreigners and the Administrative Code).

Today, as soon as she entered, the lady came out of the door and fired all the people who did not have respirators. When she came to the workers, the lady wanted to fire us only because my friend did not have a respirator. The lady treated us rudely, arrogantly and hung up. In addition, she committed a crime against life and health under Act 40/2009 SB., Part Two, Title I. §146 bodily harm, §149 torture and other inhuman and cruel treatment §171 restriction of personal liberty § 177 oppression. The lady pandemically supports a law which, according to the Constitutional Court, is illegal. In addition, she is inhuman and arrogant. The friend was forced to go buy a respirator and take the board again, even though he was already at the counter. To a foreigner at the counter no. 1, which she took care of, was rude and annoying, and despite her command of the English language, she did not communicate with her and threatened her in Czech that her request would not be accepted if she did not communicate in the Czech language. The lady was not allowed to call the interpreter to communicate with the lady at the counter.

I was simply deceived there, when I applied for a work visa, no one warned me that I could not change from one visa to another, the documents were taken, I paid everything and refused. When I came with my partner and he asked what he could do to keep me because I was in this situation because of him, they said there was nothing I could do. And in general refused to accept documents. I was simply lied to because I was able to apply for a visa elsewhere, where I was treated like a human being. Unpleasant, aggressive, lying civil servants who hate foreigners have nothing to do in this position.

If I could, I'll give zero. My husband and I applied for permanent residence today. We had all the documents needed for this operation. The clerk communicated with us with a respect I had not encountered even with small children. The biggest disappointment came with asking if he would return the original employment contract to me. Probably not, because it is written on the website of the Ministry of Interior that I should have the original or a certified copy. Usually the original is only for viewing, it never occurred to me that they would want to keep it somewhere. When asked if she wanted the copy I had with her, she only haughtily added that she had already made it, even though it was forbidden. Dear to her ... To the need to do good deeds, I would still consider training in basic communication skills.
