No takeout window - one has to actually enter the restaurant to grab his meal to go, which is illegal right now due to covid restrictions. You also get the unpleasant big-fast-food-chain experience because the staff is instructed to try to sell you every single extra topping available despite you specifically ordering the basic version of a dish.
