★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dneska mě Mironet hodně překvapil s tím jak se stará o zákazníky. Koupil jsem si samsung watch 4 a neměli zemi určení ČR. Do diskuze jsem se zeptal jestli s tím nebude nějaký problém. Nejenom že jsem dostal okamžitou odpověď ale na druhý den mi sami od sebe zavolali a ještě ten den poslali na výměnu nový kus. Mohli říct když bude problém reklamujte ale bez jakých koli pobídek vyměnili.
Today, Mironet surprised me a lot with how she takes care of customers. I bought a samsung watch 4 and they didn't have the country of destination in the Czech Republic. I asked the discussion if there would be a problem with that. Not only did I get an immediate response, but the next day they called me on their own and sent another piece to exchange that day. They could tell if there would be a problem to complain about but without any incentives they exchanged.

The holder for Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-S cameras is still not repaired on the web, even though I ordered it twice and it was given to me twice other than the one advertised. 2x unnecessary trip to the dispensary and still a mistake on the web.
