★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zde jsem nakupoval elektroniku do doby první reklamace. Zjevně vadný monitor odmítli reklamovat, a arogantní prodavač (menší a plešatý) drze odvětil "co chcete za ty peníze" (přitom nebyl nejlevnější) a ani se neobtěžoval vrátit veškeré součásti. Musel jsem je vyžádat.
Sem již nevkročím, když zde zaměstnávají křupany.
I bought electronics here until the first complaint. The apparently faulty monitor was refused to complain, and the arrogant salesman (smaller and bald) brazenly replied "what you want for the money" (it wasn't the cheapest) and didn't even bother to return all the parts. I had to ask them.
I won't step in here anymore when they employ crunchy people here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Platil jsem zde zboží,zakoupené v e-shopu,prodavač se divil,že chci vidět obsah krabice kvůli kompletnosti zboží(životní zkušenosti) a ejhle,v balení chyběla část nabíjecího adaptéru k chytrým hodinkám,vše dořešil na počkání druhý mladší kolega prodavače za cca 5 minut,dodáním adaptéru a vysvětlením,jnak vše O.K.
I paid for the goods purchased in the e-shop, the seller was surprised that I wanted to see the contents of the box due to the completeness of the goods (life experience) and lo and behold, the package was missing part of the charging adapter for smart watches, everything was solved by waiting 5 minutes, delivery of the adapter and explanation, if everything is OK
