★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulová komunikace, ani "dobrý den", nula zájem, že člověk auto potřebuje - nejhorší autoopravář, co jsem kdy zažil. Měl jsem pocit, že jsem v komunismu. Chápu 22.12. - blbý datum. Slíbil, že 28.12. se na auto podívá a dá vědět. 28. je překvapen, že jsem se tam objevil a chtěl vědět, co s autem je. Nereaguje na sms, telefon nezvedá, nebo má vypnuty. 2.1. - jsem tam musel opět osobně zajet, abych dostal odpověď. Vzdal jsem to - nic hotovo, opět nepozdravení, že auto bude za měsíc! Naučtováno 1500,- Kč za odtah cca 3/4 km z centra a diagnostiku a nepojídné auto si dále musím zařizovát sám. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!
Zero communication, or "hello", zero interest that a person needs a car - the worst car repairman I've ever experienced. I felt like I was in communism. I understand 22.12. - stupid date. He promised that 28.12. he looks at the car and lets you know. 28. is surprised that I showed up and wanted to know what happened to the car. It does not respond to sms, the phone does not answer or is switched off. 2.1. - I had to go there again in person to get an answer. I gave it up - nothing done, again unhealthy that the car will be in a month! I am charged CZK 1,500 for towing approx. 3/4 km from the center and I have to arrange the diagnostics and the immobile car myself. Definitely not recommended!
