★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán na mail nereaguje a při následném telefonickém kontaktu byl velmi nepříjemný. Asi jsem po něm chtěla něco, nač odborně nestačí a nebo to prostě není "fachman", ale pouze prodavač. S výrobky zkušenost nemám a nyní ani mít nechci.
The gentleman did not respond to the e-mail and was very uncomfortable during the subsequent telephone contact. I guess I wanted something from him that is not professionally enough, or it's just not a "fachman", but only a salesman. I have no experience with products and now I don't even want to have them.
