Doporučuji zvolit jakoukoliv jinou firmu alespoň s náznaky kompetence. Výměna dálkového ovládání ale na druhý pokus klapla. Celkem s revizí cca 7t. Letos ještě horší, technik přijel s cizím tel.číslem, tak málem zase odjel. Revize a oprava odfláknutá, bez vyzkoušení, mazal pryč, s tím, že by topení mělo fungovat. No a nefunguje ? Od té doby bez šance se dovolat, žádná reakce na opakovanou písemnou stížnost. Last years quite good service, except communication. The technician always had different information than what we gave the call center. Changing the remote control but on the second attempt clicked. Total with revision about 7t. Even worse this year, the technician came with a foreign phone number, so he almost left again. Inspection and repair deflaked, without testing, lubricated away, stating that the heater should work. Well, it does not work ? Věřím , že kladné recenze si napsali sami !!!! Ačkoliv se na webu hlásí k servisu do 24 hodin, v několika dnech se mi nepovedlo ani dovolat na kontaktní linku, tudíž (a jsem za to s odstupem ráda) jsem šla ke konkurenci. I can't evaluate the quality of work at all, only customer service. Poté co jsme byli domluveni na termínu, přišel technik pozdě a nepřipravený na kontrolní prohlídku se slovy, že mu tento požadavek nikdo nesdělil. Oprava vyšla na 1700 Kč + doprava 200 Kč. Vyjádření call centra bylo, že je jim jedno, že technik lže a že si domluvíme jiný termín. Což znamená zaplacení další částky za výjezd technika cca 200 Kč za dopravu. Co se týká opravy kotle, byla naprosto odbytá a po týdnu jsme museli jeho práci reklamovat. Naprosto nedoporučuji tuto firmu. - Neochota - Ledabylost odvedené práce - Cena výjezdu technika + opravy a kontrolní revize (2100 Kč) celková cena 4200 Kč. - 1 měsíc čekání na opravu + revizi Reluctance on the part of the call center to arrange a date for a proper inspection and repair of the gas boiler. As for the repair of the boiler, it was completely sold and after a week we had to complain about its work. Před tím jsem obvolal x firem a nejbližší termín byl až za 7 dní což v těchto mrazech -12 stupňů bylo nemyslitelné a tak až tato firma byla ochotna vyslat technika (naštěstí jedna paní vypadla) ... Pán vystupoval jako profík, dle všeho moc dobře věděl co dělá, férový přístup bez mazání medu kolem pusy, .... Za nás maximální spokojenost s panem K....
