Pak není schopen sepsat si podklady pro kalkulaci v prodejně, musíte si fotit čísla vzorků a posílat je mailem. Když se mi mail 2x vrátil a volala jsem zda mu to můžu nadiktovat, odbyl mě že si to nemá jak napsat a ať to poptám u někoho jiného (jak jsem sama navrhla). Všichni dokážou velmi odborně poradit. Zakázka byla vyrobena v termínu, tak jak slíbili a i montáž proběhla včas a velmi kvalitně. Musím říct, že toto se v dnešní době opravdu hned tak nevidí. Většina firem má v dodávkách velký skluz. U firmy jsme si objednali rolety den a noc a jsme s nimi velice spokojeni. Před tím jsme na oknech měli vertikální žaluzie a musím říct, že proměna našeho obývacího pokoje byla opravdu velká. Ještě před tím než jsem se obrátila na tuto firmu jsem se poptávala i jinde. Jelikož naše okna jsou opravdu velká, výška oken je 210 cm, tak nám ve většině firem řekli, že tento typ rolet v takové délce nevyrábí. Dokonce jsem se u jedné firmy dozvěděla, že oni jsou jediní výrobci, kteří tento typ rolet vyrábí, a že mi to nikde neudělají. Není to pravda, udělají a mám je na oknech. A že těch oken u nás je hodně, celkem jich máme 14 v různých délkách. Firmu MK rolety vřele doporučuji. I am very satisfied with this company in all respects. Since our windows are really big, the height of the windows is 210 cm, so most companies have told us that they do not produce this type of blinds in this length. I even learned from a company that they are the only manufacturers who produce this type of blinds and that they will not do it to me anywhere. It's not true, they will and I have them on the windows. And that there are a lot of those windows, we have a total of 14 of them in various lengths. I highly recommend MK blinds.
