Všechny papíry s pojišťovnou vyřeší sami a vy jen odjetede v čistém autě. Jednoznačně 5/5. Absolutely great approach, fair dealing and most importantly, perfectly done work. As a bonus, I was given a washed and vacuumed car. He will solve all the papers with the insurance company himself and you will just leave in a clean car. Definitely 5/5.
P	Pavel Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za více jak 50 let, co jsem navštěvoval různé auto-motoopravny a servisy, jsem se nesetkal s tak vstřícným a přímým jednáním, jako v MMautooptavna Vysočany, kam jsem začal dojíždět od začátku roku 2019, po dost neobvyklé nehodě. Ke kontaktování došlo poté, když na vyzvání své pojišťovny, která mně sdělila, abych opravu zadal jejich smluvnímu servisu. Již dříve jsem některé drobnější opravy zadával některým smluvním servisům, ale byl jsem upozorněn pojišťovnou na pokus o pojistný podvod, tak také proto jsem se obrátil na výše uvedenou autoopravnu. Vstřícnost pana vedoucího a jeho spolupracovníků nespočívala jen v jednáních spojených s vlastní opravou auta, ale i v ochotě zajistit odvoz poškozeného auta, vyřízení pojistné události a další činnosti. V neposlední řadě i v pomoci, když jsem měl dost nepříjemný úraz při cestě na autobus. Svým ochotným a takřka „rodinným“ přístupem při veškerém vyřizování opravy auta, ve kterém nebyla ani stopa po jisté povýšenosti, s jakou jsem se občas setkal v jiných autoopravnách, jsem získal opětovný klid, který se po nehodě obtížně získává. The helpfulness of the manager and his co-workers was not only in the negotiations connected with the car's own repair, but also in the willingness to ensure the removal of the damaged car, the settlement of the insured event and other activities. Last but not least, in help, when I had a rather unpleasant accident on the way to the bus. With my willing and almost "family" approach to all car repairs, in which there was not even a trace of a certain arrogance, which I sometimes encountered in other car repair shops, I regained calm, which is difficult to obtain after the accident. Po poškození mého auta po havárii se o vše sami postarali, auto po opravě jako nové, vyčištěné a umyté. Jsem velmi spokojen a všem doporučuji.
